She has participated in M&A processes, Due Diligence engagements, and audits of publicly traded companies, including Grupo Arteris and Marfrig. Additionally, Daniele served as Controller at Grupo Cesari, one of Brazil’s leading logistics groups, bringing practical business acumen and financial management expertise to her technical profile. Her expertise also extends to assurance services for third-sector entities.
