Aziz holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Controllership and Accounting from USP – Credit and Capital Market Line and is an Associate Professor at FUCAPE, with a degree in Civil Engineering from UFES and in Accounting Sciences from FUCAPE. He worked at Itau in the Investments and Financial Controls area and has 10 years of experience in company valuations and M&As. Aziz has also been a member of the Fiscal Council of Banestes and other organizations such as IBEF and Acacci, and has written several articles in the areas of finance and M&A. He has extensive experience in the areas of forensics and opinions in Finance and Accounting.
