Alexandre has 22 years of experience in the “Big 4” tax consulting sector, having worked for 10 years in PwC’s M&A-Tax group, serving domestic and foreign clients. With solid experience in the Transaction Services area, he has worked to support transactions for strategic clients and the private equity industry. Alexandre has also acted as a technical expert in major arbitrations, both in Brazil and abroad, always involving tax, labor and social security matters.
