Aziz holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Controllership and Accounting from University of São Paulo, – specializing in Credit and Capital Market. He is an Associate Professor at FUCAPE, where he also earned his degree in Accounting Sciences, in addition to a Civil Engineering from He worked at Itau in the Investments and Financial Controls area and has a decade of experience in company valuations and mergers & acquisitions. He has served on the Fiscal Council of Banestes and been involved with organizations such as IBEF and Acacci. Azziz is also a prolific writer finance and M&A topics, and has extensive experience in forensics finance and accounting.
