Lígia brings over 20 years of experience in the tax and labor fields, including a role as a partner in the Transaction Services area of Big4. She is skilled in tax and labor due diligence for both local and international M&A transactions, tax structuring, and post-acquisition services. Lígia is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association of São Paulo, holding a Law degree from PUC-SP and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, with a specialization in tax law at FGV-SP.
